Gleneagles Queen's

One of three Championship standard golf courses at the Gleneagles resort, the Queen's is probably the least well known. It is however perhaps the prettiest and the fairest test of the golf of the three, as well as being very enjoyable to play.

The Queen's course has some of the flavor of the King's and was designed by the same architect, James Braid. The golf course is heathland in style and is in a beautiful setting amongst lochans and mature woodlands. Many greens are set in lovely glades.

Although shorter than many Championship courses at just under 6,000 yards the Queens is not an easy option. There are many well positioned bunkers, as well as small greens, so golfers require accurate and strategic play rather than power hitting. The inward nine holes feature water hazards on almost every well.

Gleneagles green fees change from month to month across the year, both for hotel residents and non-residents, and are best checked on the Gleneagles Hotel website for the dates you wish to play. We have provided high season visitor fees below for August to end September. Green fees will be higher in July 2022.
