The Hotel du Vin St Andrews is a modern, stylish 4* Townhouse Hotel, which benefits from an enviable position just a couple minutes walk from the 1st and 18th holes of the St Andrews Old course. The Hotel also looks out to the sea.
Hotel du Vin took over and refurbished the property in 2014, bringing the chain's trademark styling to the rooms and public areas. There are 36 bedrooms in total, some with sea views and all with monsoon showers. Many have leather upholstered 'sleigh' style beds. Single rooms are also available. Rooms range from Classic, to Deluxe and Suites.
As this is an older building the size and layout of rooms varies throughout the Hotel.
The Bistro du Vin serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon tea. The cosy and stylish Hotel bar serves a light bites menu from lunchtime onwards.

Golf:
The Hotel du Vin St Andrews is just a couple minutes walk to the St Andrews Old course and is an ideal location for playing all 6 of the St Andrews golf courses on the west side of the town, including the New and the Jubilee courses.
There are 10 golf courses in or close to the town of St Andrews and a wide choice of excellent golf courses just a little farther away to suit a wide range of budgets and golfing abilities, including Kingsbarns, Crail and Lundin. The Open Championship venue of Carnoustie is less than an hour's drive from St Andrews.

Please note:
All bedrooms at the Hotel du Vin St Andrews have monsoon showers but only the Suites have a bath. A choice of Town View, to the rear of the hotel, and Sea View, overlooking the front of the hotel, are available.
There are several stairs from the street to the main front entrance.
There is limited street parking outside the hotel and it may be difficult to find a space close to the Hotel. There is a chargeable car park in walking distance of the Hotel. There are limited spaces available at the Hotel for those with mobility issues which should be arranged with the Hotel du Vin in advance.
Dining:
The Bistro du Vin is a relaxed setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner and overlooks the front of the Hotel to the sea.
Food is available from lunchtime onwards at the cosy and stylish Hotel bar. Private dining is also available.
